Level Forty Training gives athletes a competitive advantage. Our proprietary equipment, certified trainers and proven training protocols create an environment that maximizes athletic potential. Level 40 Training takes strength training far beyond the standard weight room, and to a place where ground-breaking assessment tools, integrated video and performance management software provides a rock-solid framework for developing and evaluating the capabilities of all athletes from youth to pro. 

 

 

 

 

The structure of our program starts with the athlete’s physical development. Our training focuses on maximizing and developing each athlete's coordination, agility and speed. Athletes are trained with a strong and stable base as the foundation of their athletic movement. Our Athletes are required to perform at a high level to reach their full potential.

 

 

 

 

Our speed-training program focuses on improving speed and fundamental movement skills, developing explosive power to deliver a blow or gain a first step, and conditioning to ensure athletes perform as well at the end of their game as the beginning. 

 

 

 

 

Our trainers look at preparation in a completely different way. We believe building better athletes require more than just one type of training. When we know and understand everything about an athlete, we prescribe programs accordingly and provide a complete program to improve athlete’s performance.
